• The Lucky Picker ships to the United States only.
• We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• The Lucky Picker is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.
• If your order is damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging materials.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Items like personalized, final-sale, or clearance products cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be applied to your original payment method.
